Shree Engineers is renowned for its different solids and liquids separation equipments. The Shree Engineers SCREWPRESS is used to dewater adn wash both secondary and virgin fiber. It is designed to continuously dewater relatively large volume of fibrous stock, its feed consistency range is 2% to 10% ss and its discharge consistency 50% to 65%. Screw press is designed to dewater various industrial wastewater sludge. Sludge dewatering is effected by compressing (Screw press) the sludge for an extended preriod of time.

UNIFORM dISCHARGE CONSISTENCY :

High discharge consistency means high load on the screw. But uniform and high discharge consistency imporves runnability and process function in unit operations such as dispersing refining and chemical mixing.

SUTABLE FOR LOW FEED CONSISTENCY AND LOW FREENESS

The screw press has a unique predraining section featuring a conical screw and a screen housing that allows a high capacity even at low freeness pulp.
CONVENIENT ACCESS FOR MAINTENANCE

The Shree Engineers SCREWPRESS consists of five sections all divisable in the middle. During maintenance each section can be opened individually thus reducing maintenance cost for service time and spare parts.
EXCELLENT WASHING CAPABILITIESA

The wasing efficiency can be optimised by changing feed consitency, speed and discharge consistency. The screwpress increases the removal efficiency of chemical pulp as well as ink, ash and on recycled pulp.
